Payment Due Upon Deliver

Mosley Web Design will charge you for work on the day a work phase is completed or terminated. When work is completed, you are responsible for making full payment on that date. In the case that the web design project is cancelled, you will pay the minimum of the quoted rate or an hourly rate for services rendered.

Limited Backups

• Coruption of data stored in database, If users are dynamically storing mission critical data in there sites database, they must make necessary precautions such as setting up regular backups to protect themselves from data loss.
• Downtime caused by site corruption or need to restore to backups. Mosley Web Design resales hosting on a hosting service that maintains a 5 day rolling backup plan of cpanels and sites. As a hosting client, we will assist you in getting help to get back on line, but we cannot provide guarantee results.

Attribution on Your Site

• Mosley Web Design reserves the right to place a “Designed by Mosley Web Design” attribution and link on the very bottom footer of any website created or substantially modified by us.
• This will be done in a low profile way as to not distract from the overall branding of your site.
• Your site will have a copyright attribution just above this to protect your content.

We Reserve Rights to Our Designs

• Mosley Web Design reserves to use the layout from any site we design as the basis for the basis of a Website Template, once we remove the copyrighted content of your site such as personal images, specific text, logos, and references to your products or services.
• As our design is copyrighted, you may not use the basic layout of a website developed by us to create a template that you will sell on the internet or elsewhere.
• Of course, you have the right to modify our design to fit the developing needs of your website.

Free Web Hosting Account Limitations and Obligations

Free Web Hosting Hosting accounts are initially setup for all Web Development clients during the period of web development. Upon the completion of Web Development or in cases where Web Development extends beyond 30 days, the Free Web Hosting accounts can be converted to paid Business Web Development accounts at our discretion. Payment is due for Web Hosting is due immediately (at first of month) for Web Hosting Accounts. Since our Web Hosting Accounts are month to mouth, you may cancel your web development account just priory to the start of the next month. This means that acceptance of a Free Web Hosting account will obligate you to at least one month of Web Hosting Service.

Updates to Terms and Conditions
